Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once ordered due to the customised nature of the order. Incase their is any mistake on our side, please reach us out at the provided email in the Contact Us page and we will do our best. 

Refunds

Approved refunds (eligible cancellations only) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

Personalised/custom orders once production has started

Incorrect image uploads or customer-approved designs

Minor colour, contrast, or texture variations due to edible printing

Delivery delays caused by courier partners or customs

Taste preference or subjective dissatisfaction

Return Policy

Due to the perishable and customised nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If you receive:

A product damaged during transit, or

An incorrect print due to our error

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for review.
